How quickly can someone get to me?
We do not quote a guaranteed arrival time, because traffic, distance, and the current job all affect it. What we will do is tell you honestly on the phone whether we can help and roughly what to expect, so you can decide whether to wait or make another arrangement.
Do I reach a call center when I dial?
No. You reach the technician. There is no dispatch center and no middleman between you and the person who will actually come out, which is why the call usually answers your questions faster than a form would.
Is it cheaper to wait until morning?
That depends entirely on your situation, and we will discuss it openly. If your problem can safely wait and that saves you money, we would rather tell you than push an unnecessary emergency trip.
What if a child or pet is locked in the car?
Call 911 first. Heat inside a closed vehicle becomes dangerous very quickly. Emergency responders are equipped for immediate life-safety entry, and you can call us afterward for the key or lock work.
